This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from shopartemina.com (the “Site”).

6.2 California residents
California law permits users who are California residents to request and obtain from us once a year, free of charge, a list of the Third Parties to whom we have disclosed their Personal Information (if any) for their direct marketing purposes in the prior calendar year, as well as the type of Personal Information disclosed to those parties. Away only shares Personal Information with Third Parties for their own marketing purposes as described herein or as you may consent.

 

07. Children's policy

We do not knowingly collect, maintain, or use Personal Information from children under 13 (and in certain jurisdictions under the age of 16) years of age, and no part of the Site is directed to children under the age of 13 (and in certain jurisdictions under the age of 16). If you learn that your child has provided us with Personal Information without your consent, you may alert us at hello@shopartemina.com. If we learn that we have collected any Personal Information from children under 13 (and in certain jurisdictions under the age of 16), we will promptly take steps to delete such information and terminate the child’s account. 

 

08. Data retention

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.


09. Changes
