Due to the handmade and often one-of-a-kind nature of our products, our return policy varies by designer. Please select a designer from the list below for more information on specific pieces.

 

AM FAULKNER

As all items are made-to-order, returns are not accepted unless faulty.

ARTELI

We will provide free returns within 5 days of delivery if there is no damage to the product, and we will send you a shipping label.

ARTEMINA

To be eligible for a return, items must be in unused condition. Please contact returns@shopartemina.com to request a return. Return requests must be raised within 14 days of purchase, and items must be mailed back within 7 days of return approval.

BAYITH LINENS

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Items with custom embroidery may not be returned. Returns must be initiated within 30 days, and if more than 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Items must also be in the original packaging. If item was damaged upon receipt, please reach out to us for a replacement. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

BELLA BELLE SHOES

Shoes must be returned and received in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase for exchange or a full refund. Shoes must be in their original condition and packaging with no signs of wear. We advise our customers to try on shoes on carpeted areas to prevent scuffing. If the shoes are returned with scuff marks, signs of wear, toe marks, scuffed soles, we will not be able to process the return / exchange.

Please fill out an enclosed form that's included in the package, and ship back to the address listed in the form. All items must be returned in unworn conditions with no scuffed soles and in their original packaging. Those returned with scuff / indentation marks on the sole, skid mark, footprints on the foot bed, creased or marked uppers, soiled insoles or other signs of wear will not be accepted for return or exchange. To ensure the shoes stay clean, please try them on with clean feet or with nylon stocking, and only on carpet or rug to prevent scuffing. Customers are in charge of shipping charges for returns and exchanges.

BING BANG NYC

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns or exchanges for up to 10 days after items are received/delivered. All returns must be sent prepaid. We recommend USPS First Class, with Tracking.

PLEASE NOTE: Sale, special, and personalized orders cannot be returned and are final sale.

Items must be unused, unworn and in original condition. Kindly include your packing list with completed return form. In the case of a return, you will be credited in full, minus the cost of initial shipping. Please allow 4-7 days after receipt of merchandise for us to process your return. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact returns@shopartemina.com for a prepaid return label. Damaged goods due to buyer's negligence will not be accepted for refund. Please inspect your items upon arrival as claims must be made within 10 days of receipt. Please email us for any repairs and send back in a secure package, with tracking. Repairs may be subject to a repair fee.

BLOOM BAZAAR

Returns are permitted with a 15% restocking fee. Items must be returned (postmarked) within within 7 days of receipt. If your order arrives damaged or faulty please us within 7 days of receiving the item so we can address the issue with a return, exchange or repair.

BY HOPE JOHNSON

Please email returns@shopartemina.com to request a return, and we are happy to work with each customer until they are fully satisfied. We allow returns for refunds if the item is shipped back to us in its original condition within fourteen (14) days or less of receipt. If the item is shipped back to us after this time frame, no credit or refund will be given. Items must be returned in their original packaging in their original condition. If an item is not received back in this condition, we reserve the right to deny any refund or credit or will ship the item back to you for you to keep, at our discretion.

COEO PRINT COMPANY

Due to the custom and artisan nature of our services and products, we do not accept exchanges or returns. If a mistake is made on our part, we will either reprint or provide a credit for the misprint. If there is an error with the design approved by the client, the costs to reprint is the responsibility of the client.

EUNI + CO.

ESTHER CLARK

FREYA ROSE

Freya Rose will refund any footwear purchases (unless stated otherwise, please see individual item descriptions). Once a customer is in receipt of the unworn returned item, it must be returned within 14 days together with all the original packaging. Do not remove the plastic cover on the sole unless you plan to keep the shoes, a refund or exchange will not be valid if the plastic cover from the sole has been removed. Please ensure items are sent back via a secure courier with signature required.

GIRL & A SERIOUS DREAM

All sales are final. Due to the delicate and intimate nature of the pieces, we do not offer returns at this time.

HARTLAND BROOKLYN

To be eligible for a return, items must be in unused condition. Please contact returns@shopartemina.com to request a return. Return requests must be raised within 14 days of purchase, and items must be mailed back within 7 days of return approval.

HEIRLOOM SEALS

CUSTOMIZED / HANDMADE TO ORDER : We do not accept returns on our customized and hand-crafted / made-to-order products. We hand-make our products to order and therefore cannot resell them.

If however your order is damaged or faulty please contact us within 7 days of receiving it and we can discuss options to rectify the situation. Please note we can accept no liability for damaged or faulty goods if you do not notify us of the problem within 7 days of receipt.

We do not accept returns due to customer input or typographical errors. We copy and paste directly from the customer's notes at time of purchase.

NON-CUSTOMIZED / SUPPLIES : We will accept returns / exchanges on our non-customized / non-handmade products (eg. ink pads, sealing wax sticks)

If you wish to return a non-customized / handmade product, we would ask you to return the product/products to us within 14 days of receipt. The items must be unopened, in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition. Once we receive the returned items, in these conditions, we will contact you and issue you with a refund. The delivery charges will not be refunded. The cost of return delivery will be incurred by you, the customer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

MOGLEA

To be eligible for a return, items must be in unused condition. Please contact returns@shopartemina.com to request a return. Return requests must be raised within 14 days of purchase, and items must be mailed back within 7 days of return approval.

SILK & WILLOW

Buyer is responsible for return shipping, returns of unused items within 14 days will be issued a refund once items have been received.

SOMETHING BLEU

Please email returns@shopartemina.com for any return requests. Unworn shoes may be returned within 14 days of purchase.

TCH BRIDAL

If your order arrives damaged in any way or you have another issue, please contact us with your order number, name and reason of return so we can authorize it. Returns need to be made within 14 days of receiving your order. Items should be sent in original condition and packaging, they must show no signs of use. Options for returns are the following: replacement of the same item style or store credit. Please note that we do not refund shipping costs.
